Our Solutions Partner program is oriented toward VARs, consultants, accountants, and other industry professionals who would like to involve ClickTime in their comprehensive strategy for serving clients.

Resellers must qualify for Elite Partner Benefits. Resellers have unique opportunities for:

Customizable sales structure
Personalized co-branding
Exclusive partner roundtable discussions with the ClickTime executive team
* All fees are calculated as a percent of the referral’s Per Seat Usage [PSU] Invoice for the first year of service. PSU represents the monthly recurring revenue for the ClickTime application, including optional module monthly fees. PSU charges do not include startup fees, customization fees, or other one-time charges.

By achieving Elite Partner status, a Referral Partner becomes eligible for reseller training. Our Reseller Partners make ClickTime a more integral part of their business. By committing the necessary time and resources, they are able to locate prospective ClickTime accounts and train, configure, and provide basic post-sale support.

Is there a fee to become a solutions partner?

There is no cost commitment to be a Solutions Partner. We do go through an application process to ensure that all of our Partners are credible organizations.

How long does it take to implement ClickTime and be ready to service clients?

After becoming a Solutions Partner, you will be able to begin referring clients to us immediately. Our internal teams take care of the sale and support of ClickTime customers, keeping our partner informed along every step of the way.

Are there any specific requirements for maintaining my partnership status?

While we do not have a specified quota for our standard Referral Partner tier, we do require that all Partners agree upon and abide by our Partner Terms and Conditions.

How do I qualify to become a ClickTime Solutions Partner?

What is the difference between a Referral Partner and a Reseller Partner within the program?

As a Referral Partner, you will establish a basic understanding of the ClickTime platform and can refer deals to the ClickTime team. Our sales team takes over from there and converts the lead into a sale. You benefit by maintaining strong rapport with your mutual end-customer, while benefiting from a revenue-share model.

As a Reseller Partner, you must be eligible for Elite Referral status. Resellers facilitate the entire sales lifecycle from lead to close, and may even onboard or be initial support for their clients. Additionally, Resellers get exclusive exposure to our executive teams, and customization for sales/marketing material. For more information, please contact us.
